Cocktail Making – From £25 per person
Our mixologist will go through the history of making cocktails followed by the group being split into teams & will then be shown the flare and style of how to make the perfect cocktail – with the chance to have a go themselves. After all is done they can sip and enjoy their efforts as well as take away the instructions to recreate another time on those summer evenings.
Blind Food Tasting – From £25 per person
Removing your delegates sense of sight & smell and leave your delegates to work out the special ingredient. Your delegates will split into teams with a nominated person on each table, with everyone then having to try the items at the same time. Prior to each course at dinner a sample dish will be distributed and the first team to identify the key ingredient through the spokesperson wins! The winning team is rewarded with a bottle of champagne!
Hand Picked World of Wines – From £25 per person
